It’s been 28 years since Macaulay Culkin last played the cheeky Kevin McCallister in Home Alone, only one of our favourite Christmas movies from the nineties.
That moment when you realise it’s been. Twenty. Eight. Years.
Kevin is back, all grown up, and he’s in a new Google commercial featuring famous scenes from the movie, recreated to be nearly identical to the original! But he has a new co-star: Google Assistant. The artificial-intelligence software can be deployed on Google Home or your mobile phone, and can take care of nearly anything for you at a simple “Hey Google” (provided your home is hooked up to a smart system).
