#4 Gypsy Land Music & Arts Festival
When: July 13 from 3:00 PM to July 14 at 3:00 AM
Where: Seminyak
What: A two-day techno festival held on a three-hectare plot in Seminyak, Gypsy Land would like to be Bali’s Burning Man. This dress up party is heavily focused on set design, costumes and non-musical entertainment. The festival has two realms to explore – the Badlands and Wonderland a la Mad Max and Alice in Wonderland.

When: July 20 from 4:00 PM – July 21 at 4:00 PM
Where: Lucky’s Bar, Gili Air
What: Mixing island spirit with the Aussie doof scene (outdoor dance party), the festival is all about coming together as a ‘family’ on the beach while enjoying techno, house, and trance sounds.
Plus, This Is Life Festival is supporting Horses of Gili – a non-profit focused on improving the welfare of the working horses on the Gili islands.
#6 Reggae soul group, The Black Seeds at The Lawn
When: July 28 from 4:00 PM-late
Where: The Lawn, Canggu
What: Kiwi reggae-soul group, The Black Seeds will be showcasing their music for a sunset show at The Lawn. One of the best live reggae acts around; this is one to jam on to.

#7 Circus Summer Holiday Camp
When: Five-day programs, beginning each Monday in July
Where: ProEducation School, North Kuta
What: Circus school for the kids! Working with children from 5 to 14 years in age, this camp teaches kids various circus skills like juggling, plate spinning, acrobalance, gymnastics, dance and drama.

#9 Bali Arts Festival 2019
When: June 16 – July 14
Where: Taman Werdhi Budaya Art Centre, Denpasar
What: Created as a way to preserve Bali’s traditional arts, the Bali Arts Festival is the cultural event of the year. The monthlong festival showcases hundreds of performers from around the island. Performances include classical palace dances, near-forgotten village dances, food contests, handicraft exhibitions, theatrical performances, and tons of music.

When: July 13 – 14
Where: Peninsula Island, Nusa Dua
What: If the smooth sounds of the Blues excites you then this is where you need to be. Back for its fifth year, the festival will feature musicians from Bali and around the world.
